1. Account & Access
Q: Is it free to register on DiamondMaxWin?
A: Yes. Creating an account is 100% free. You are never charged a fee just to join the community. See Registration Guide.
Q: I forgot my password. How can I recover it?
A: You can reset your password securely using the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen. You will need access to your registered mobile number or email. Go to Login Page.
Q: Can I create more than one account?
A: No. To maintain security and fair play, we strictly allow only one account per user. Duplicate accounts may be suspended. Read Terms of Use.
2. App & Mobile Setup
Q: Is the DiamondMaxWin app available on the Play Store?
A: Because we are a real-money platform, our official app is downloaded directly from our site as an APK file, rather than the Google Play Store. Download Official APK.
Q: Can I play on iPhone (iOS)?
A: Yes. While we do not use the App Store, iOS users can access the platform via our optimized mobile web interface or by adding the app to their Home Screen. See iOS Instructions.
Q: Does the app work on older phones?
A: Yes. We have optimized the app to run smoothly on Android devices with as little as 2GB of RAM. It also features a “Low Data Mode” for mobile connections.
3. Payments (GCash & Maya)
Q: How long does a withdrawal take?
A: Most GCash and Maya payouts are processed within 5–15 minutes. However, during peak hours or maintenance windows, it may take up to an hour. View Payment Timings.
Q: Are there fees for depositing or withdrawing?
A: DiamondMaxWin does not charge platform fees for standard transactions. However, please check if your e-wallet provider charges their own transfer fees.
Q: Why is my payout status “Pending”?
A: This usually means the system is waiting for final confirmation from the payment provider, or your account is undergoing a standard security check. Troubleshoot Delays.
4. Safety & Fairness
Q: Is DiamondMaxWin legit and safe?
A: Yes. We operate under strict security protocols including 256-bit SSL encryption. Our platform activities are tested by independent labs like BMM Testlabs to ensure fairness. Read Security Policy.
Q: What is the age requirement?
A: You must be 21 years old or above to use our services, in accordance with local regulations.
Q: How do I verify my identity (KYC)?
A: You can upload a valid government ID (Passport, Driver’s License, UMID, etc.) via the “Account Verification” tab in your profile settings.
