Factors That May Cause Delays
If your request takes longer than 15 minutes, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
- E-Wallet Maintenance: GCash and Maya occasionally undergo scheduled maintenance (often late at night). During these times, transactions may remain “Pending” until their systems come back online.
- Peak Hours: Between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, network traffic is high. Processing might extend to 30–60 minutes.
- Account Verification: For your security, larger transactions or first-time requests may require a manual review to ensure it is really you.
Troubleshooting: What to Do If Delayed
If your transaction has not arrived within the expected time, please follow these steps before contacting support.
Step 1: Check the Status in the App
Go to your Transaction History.
- Processing: The system is still working on it. Please wait.
- Success: The funds have left our platform. Check your GCash/Maya balance or SMS inbox.
- Failed/Returned: The funds have been returned to your platform wallet. This often happens if the receiving number is incorrect or the e-wallet limit has been reached.
Step 2: Check E-Wallet Status
Open your GCash or Maya app to see if they are reporting service degradations.
Step 3: Contact Us
If 60 minutes have passed with no update, contact our 24/7 support. Please have your Transaction ID ready.
