- Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, identity theft, or unauthorized payment methods (GCash/Maya accounts not belonging to you).
Consequences: Violation of these rules may result in the immediate suspension of your account and the forfeiture of any illicitly gained access or credits.
4. Payment & Transactions
- Deposits: Funds must be deposited from a payment source registered in your own name.
- Withdrawals: Payouts are subject to our Payment Policy. We reserve the right to verify identity before processing large transactions.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of real-time entertainment, transactions are generally final. Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Diamond Max Entertainment Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability

- Network failures or internet connection issues on the user’s end.

- Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance (we will always endeavor to provide prior notice).
